ND Holdings, a mutual fund management company, will change the name of the firm to Integrity Mutual Funds. It also authorized a 2 for 1 split of its shares of stock and increased the authorized number of shares the company can issue. The changes were approved by shareholders at a meeting on May 31 in Minot, N.D. and will become effective July 1, 2002. At this time, the stock symbol, NDHI, will not change.
