What it terms increasing sales have prompted IFS Financial Services to expand its wholesaling and relationship management with the addition of two vice presidents. Tim Fetherston will be appointed to the post of vice president of business development, and Scott Williams to regional vice president.

Fetherston will be responsible for business retention as well as growth for financial institutions in the northern region of the U.S. Prior to joining IFS, Fetherston served as vice president of business development for MetLife Investors. He has held positions with FIMCO, Salomon Smith Barney, and UBS PaineWebber.

Williams is responsible for the marketing and sales of investment and insurance products through financial institutions in Alabama, Northern Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee. Before joining IFS, Williams served as regional wholesaler at Nationwide.
