DWS Investments' [view profile] head of marketing, Philip Parrotta, is leaving the firm to take a job at OppenheimerFunds [see profile], The MutualFundWire has learned. Parrotta's departure is the latest in a string of exits [see previous articles] from DWS over the last several months.

It could not immediately be confirmed when Parrotta is joining OppenheimerFunds' marketing group. It was also unclear how his duties at DWS will be handled.

Neither Parrotta nor a DWS spokesperson was immediately available for comment. An OppenheimerFunds spokesperson declined to comment.
