A former Georgeson Shareholder Communications executive has signed on with Alliance Shareholder Communications as a business development executive. John Collins will lead Alliance's business development group and account executive team.

Collins started his career with Shareholder Communications Corporation in 1988.

Alliance Retains Mutual Funds Veteran John Collins

Alliance Shareholder Communications, a Mutual Fund and Corporate Communications firm, has retained industry veteran John Collins, formerly of Georgeson Shareholder Communications, to lead the Business Development Group as well as managing the Account Executive Team.

John began his career in 1988 with Shareholder Communications Corporation and over the years has managed hundreds of complex mutual fund and corporate shareholder communications transactions. John worked closely with issuers to develop and manage numerous Odd-lot programs and Post Merger Reunification campaigns, a division which John was integral in creating. As an executive of the Mutual Fund Division, John served as an advisor and communications strategist to the industries’ largest and most complex mutual fund solicitations transactions.
