Two new corporate bond ETFs were launched by
State Street Global Advisors [
profile], which will give investors exposure to emerging market corporate debt and crossover corporate bonds.
ETF Strategy reports that the new ETFs,
SPDR BofA Merrill Lynch Emerging Markets Corporate Bond ETF (EMCD) and
SPDR BofA Merrill Lynch Crossover Corporate Bond ETF (XOVR), have been listed on NYSE Arca.
The SPDR BofA Merrill Lynch Emerging Markets Corporate Bond ETF has an expense ratio of 50 basis points and tracks BofA Merrill Lynch Emerging Markets Large Cap Senior Corporate Index.
Meanwhile, the SPDR BofA Merrill Lynch Crossover Corporate Bond ETF has an expense ratio of 30 basis points and tracks the BofA Merrill Lynch US Diversified Crossover Corporate Index.
