EGA Emerging Global Shares Trust. The ETF, which seeks investment results that correspond to the performance of the INDXX Beyond BRICs Index, will be advised by
ALPS Advisors, Inc. and sub-advised by EGA. [

CBOE S&P 500 VIX Tail Hedge Fund ETF. It will be managed by an investment committee headed by
Daniel J. Lindquist. The fund seeks results on par with the performance of the CBOE VIX Tail Hedge Fund Index. [

RS Investments and member of the RS Growth Team, will retire effective September 30, 2012, according to a
document filed with the SEC. Callinan will continue to serve as portfolio manager for the
Active Portfolios Multi-Manager Small Cap Equity Fund until the end of September.
