A lot of magazine profiles like to tell you what the subject is eating while an interview is taking place — it is less common, though, in
Reuters business articles.
And yet today, readers of
Reuters got to learn that
Dan Fuss, a vice chairman and PM at
Loomis Sayles [
profile], was eating chocolate ice cream at a "popular Manhattan ice cream shop" while he told writer Jennifer Ablan that bonds will remain strong in the next year.
For anyone who's interested, the piece also dropped the bombshell nugget that Fuss eats ice cream at least once a week.
While there was sadly no more discussion of frozen treats, if you want more information of what Fuss thinks about bonds and other fund trends, read the
original article.
