Rafferty Asset Management[profile] has decided to shutter three Direxion funds, reports ETF Trends.

Direxion Large Cap Insider Sentiment Shares, Direxion S&P 1500 DRRC Index Volatility Response Shares and Direxion S&P Latin America 40 DRRC Index Volatility Response Shares have failed to gain sufficient assets, according to reporter John Spence.

According to the story, a company news release said the ETFs will be liquidated next moth and the cash will be distributed to investors.
