According to the Linkedin posting, one of the primary functions of the job is the following:

Generate $50 million in annual gross sales.

Some of the duties include:

Present ICON products to broker/dealer meetings, group meetings and national meetings.

Provide sales tools, sales and marketing ideas to Reps. 

Attain annual sales goals.
