Expect a new proposal for money market mutual fund reform before summer.

That's what SEC commissioner Daniel M. Gallagher has said, according to a Bloomberg report. Gallagher said he anticipates a proposal coming out within two months.

Gallagher told reporter Dave Michaels that he didn't think the new chairmanship of Mary Jo White would slow down the process of coming up with the new proposal.
