Thomas J. Marthaler is taking over as director of Fixed Income at Chicago Capital Management and ABN AMRO Asset Management. The position is opened by the retirement of Frederick W. Engimann. The promotion of the ten-year veteran is part of a planned management succession said Stuart D. Bilton, CEO and president.

Engimann will formally retire in the first quarter of 2004.

"Tom has directed our fixed income research and trading for more than ten years and his new role is consistent with our planned management succession," said Bilton in a statement.
