Raymond James.

He went go on to found the RPC Benefits group in 2008, maintaining his partnership interest in RPC, Inc. until 2013.
Sykes and his team also joined, in 2003, Willis Caroon of North America, where Sykes continued to serve the Southeastern Region as Senior Vice-President for Retirement Services.

The Skier
BPV also hired
Jason Napoli, who has the back porch vista of “Skiing with my wife and two young sons on a sunny day at our hometown ski area – Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Colorado. ”
Napoli will serve as regional manager for the southwest U.S., responsible for sales and distribution. He served as president and a principal of
High Country Capital Management; director of investment sales for
Anthem Securities, as well as
vice president and investment advisor at
J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., and a vice president of sales and marketing at a commodities focused Fund of Hedge Funds in Chicago. He also served as vice president and portfolio manager at Wells Fargo Private Bank. In addition, he managed portfolios for high-net-worth clients at TIAA-CREF Trust Company in Denver, CO.
BPV's Aggressive Growth
The hirings are just the latest in a series of recent moves by BPV aimed at accelerating the firm's growth in a number of channels. For example, West recently hired former
Lord Abbett partner
Frank Gregory as chief of distribution.
The firm also recently helped Philadelphia equity shop
AJO launch a fund, and is looking for more sub-advisors.
