Interactive Communications, Inc. (ICI), a sales-training services specialist, to boost its line of distribution-solutions offerings. BISYS aims to support the sales and asset-growth strategies of its investment management clients, a very key industry objective, with ICI's multi-channel sales programs that integrate face-to-face, telephone and sales-related technology.
