A former director and senior special counsel at Allianz Global Investors U.S. Holdings, William Healey, recently retired.

A spokesperson from Allianz confirmed that Healey has retired but declined to comment on how Healey’s old position is being handled.

Peter Bonanno, global general counsel at Allianz did not immediately reply to a request for comment.

A Stony Brook University alumnus, Healey went into Vermont Law School where he received a doctor of law. Healey spent more than 13 years of his professional career at Allianz. Prior, he served as executive vice president and chief legal officer at Prudential Investments. Before that, Healey was an associate general counsel of the Dreyfus Corporation.
