As if being found guilty of late trading at BOA weren’t enough,
Theodore Sihpol III has sued the bank to pay his legal fees.
According to Siphol’s suit, filed in Delaware Chancery Court this week, the BOA’s by-laws support his claim that he is entitled to financial assistance from the bank. The suit claims his legal fees so far total $130,000.
So far, BOA hasn’t been charged with wrongdoing in Spitzer’s ongoing probe. However, the bank has agreed to cooperate.
