Also today, the Morgan Stanley team expects to close on their planned acquisition of Eaton Vance.

The Mutual Fund Directors Forum (MFDF) team initially planned to start their three-day MFDF 2021 Policy Conference on Wednesday, However, per their website, in light of the ongoing pandemic, they've cancelled "all in-person programs until further notice." Separately, the MDFD team will host a webinar on Wednesday afternoon, starting at 2pm eastern and called "Board Oversight of ETFs."

Also on Wednesday, Natalie Wolfsen is expected to take over as CEO of AssetMark, while Michael Kim will rise to president.
