Background:

In 2011 M&T Bank bought out Wilmington Funds' parent, Wilmington Trust. Then in March 2012, M&T merged its MTB Group of Funds [profile] into the Wilmington Funds.
As of the change, the combined family included 25 mutual funds: one alternatives fund, three asset allocation funds, seven equity funds, nine fixed income funds, four money market funds and one multi-manager real asset fund. As of December 31, 2011, those funds held $13.8 billion.
