Mike Hurley founded Incline Capital in November 2008. Prior to the founding, he had been the portfolio manager of the Fusion Global Long/Short Fund from its inception on September 28, 2007 to November 13, 2008.
Incline runs the Incline Capital Trend Following Fund. The fund is a series in the Northern Lights Funds Trust.
On June 2, 2011, Highland Funds Asset Management announced a deal to adopt the Incline fund. If fund shareholders approve, Highland will become the investment adviser and Incline will become the sub-adviser.
