In March 2015, Lebenthal Asset Management (LAM) and Alexandra Lebenthal (then-CEO of LAM parent Lebenthal Holdings) each bought minority stakes in AH Lisanti Capital Growth. Mary Lisanti stayed on as president, chief investment officer, and majority owner of her firm, which rebranded as Lebenthal Lisanti Capital Growth.
Lisanti teamed up with Adams Harnkess & Hill to launch the Adams Harkness Small Cap Growth Fund (later called the AH Lisanti Capital Growth Fund) in 2003. As part of the 2015 Lebenthal deal, Lisanti's fund rebranded as the Lebenthal Lisanti Small Cap Growth Fund.
The fund is a series of the Forum Fund.
