Founded in 1973, Corbyn Investment Management, Inc. is an employee-owned advisory firm based in Lutherville, Maryland. The firm serves as investment adviser for the Greenspring Fund, a no-load, value-oriented mutual fund that launched in 1983.
Greenspring Fund portfolio manager Charles ("Chip") vK. Carlson, CFA began his career as an analyst for Corbyn in 1983, and became co-manager of the fund in 1987. Carlson is also co-CIO of Corbyn, along with senior vice president and CFO Michael J. Fusting, who joined as an analyst in 1989.
