Background:

Bob Markman founded the Markman Multi-Funds in 1995. The three funds-of-funds invested primarily in large cap, U.S. stocks.
In 2003 Markman merged the three funds into the Markman Core Growth Fund and altered the fund's investment strategy to invest in individual stocks.
The fund closed to new investors on August 19, 2009 and were liquidated on September 28, 2009.
The investment advisory firm was closed after the death of firm founder Bob Markman on February 19, 2010.
