Charles Gave, Louis-Vincent Gave, and Anatole Kaletsky founded GaveKal as a investment counsel and research firm. The firm started launched UCITS based on its investment strategies that are offered to off-shore investors.
In July 2010 GaveKal registed the GaveKal Platform Company Fund with the SEC as its first U.S. investment company. The fund will likely launch in September 2010.
The fund will be advised by the firm's Denver-based, U.S. registered investment advisory affiliate. The fund portfolio manager is Stephen Vannelli.
