Background:

Tampa-based PeakShares was founded in 2023 by president Ramu Singh, CEO Randy Ciccati, and co-portfolio manager Rohan Bahri. Ciccati and Singh are also senior leaders of a nearby B-D and RIA, Calton & Associates (and Bahri is a former Calton analyst).
The PeakShares team launched their first ETF, the PeakShares Sector Rotation ETF (PSTR), in April 2024.
