Fees

On June 21, 2017, the Amplify YieldShares Prime 5 Dividend ETF reduced its advisory fee until September 21, 2017.

Fund Mergers

On July 21, Transamericas' SecurePath for Life Retirement Income Fund will acquire its SecurePath for Life 2010 Fund.

Fund Subadvisors

On June 22, Passport Capital LLC no longer serves as the subadvisor for the American Century Alternatives Long Short Fund.

Terminated Funds

On June 22, the Alpine Emerging Markets Real Estate Fund was terminated.

Share Classes

On June 22, shares of the VictoryShares Global Multi-Factor Minimum Volatility ETF, VictoryShares International Multi-Factor Minimum Volatility ETF, VictoryShares Quality Growth ETF and VictoryShares Quality Value ETF are no longer being offered to the public.

On July 5, Class T Shares of the Gamco Growth Fund will be offered to the public.

On July 5, the Gabelli Value 25 Fund will start offering Class T shares to the public.

On August 31, class B shares of the the Davis Series Portfolio Funds will be converted to class A shares.
