Lateef Investment Management, the Greenbrae, California-based firm which recently rolled out its debut mutual fund, named longtime owners Ryan Willson as CEO and Justus Leachman as COO and CFO. The firm also formed an executive committee made up of Willson, Leachman and founder K.A. Lateef. Lateef said that historically, a small number of owners ran the firm by consensus. "But as we have grown and added new owners we felt it was prudent to create a formal executive committee," Lateef said.

Lateef Investment Management today named long time owners Ryan Willson as Chief Executive Officer and Justus Leachman as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

The company has also established an Executive Committee comprised of founder K.A. Lateef, Ryan Willson and Justus Leachman.

Lateef Investment Management has been managing money for institutions and individuals since 1974. The company has over $5 billion in assets under management.

Lateef manages separate accounts and has recently launched the Lateef Fund (symbol: LIMAX), a mutual fund that's available at full service brokerage firms.
