The firm also hired Amy DiMarzio away from Putnam Investments [profile] to serve as a fixed income investment strategist.
Pioneer Investments Expands U.S. Institutional Team
Boston, Massachusetts – Pioneer Investments today announced two new hires to its U.S. institutional team. Mark Dacey has been named Head of U.S. Consultant Relations and Amy DiMarzio joins as a Fixed Income Investment Strategist.

Mark Dacey
Mark Dacey has fifteen years of industry experience covering institutional consulting firms. He joins Pioneer Investments from State Street Global Advisors (SSgA), where he most recently served as Managing Director, Head of U.S. Consultant Relations. In this role, he was responsible for executing the strategic plan and distribution strategy for SSgA’s Consultant Relations efforts in the U.S. Dacey graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing.

Amy DiMarzio
Amy DiMarzio joins Pioneer Investments from Putnam Investments, where she most recently served as Vice President and Credit Analyst. She has thirteen years of industry experience conducting credit analysis across various sectors. DiMarzio received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she obtained her M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing.
“Given the growing global interest in Pioneer’s fixed income capabilities, it was necessary to increase our resources to support our expanding institutional business,” said Porter. “Amy brings a wealth of fixed income experience and is an invaluable addition to the team.”
