New Addition: Joseph M. Labella

Labella joined Voya in newly-created role of retirement strategist. He reports to Paula Smith, senior vice president and head of retirement and college savings strategies at Voya Investment Management, and he previously worked as a consultant at Markola.



Company: Securities and Exchange Commission

Newly Promoted: Kristin Snyder

Snyder, formerly associate regional director for examinations in the SEC's San Francisco office, has been promoted to co-national associate director of the investment adviser/investment company examination program in the SEC's Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations (OCIE). Jane Jarcho, formerly sole leader of the program and currently deputy director of OCIE, will serve as co-national associate director alongside Snyder.



Company: Pzena Investment Management

Newly Promoted: Gary J. Bachman and Jessica R. Doran

Rich Pzena, who serves as chairman and CEO of his eponymous firm, promoted Bachman and Doran. Bachman, formerly Pzena's chief financial officer, now fills the newly created chief operating officer role and reports to Pzena himself. Doran, most recently manager of financial reporting, now serves as CFO and treasurer and reports to Bachman.



Company: K&L Gates

New Addition: Vincente L. Martinez

Martinez, formerly chief of the SEC's Office of Market Intelligence (OMI), joined K&L Gates' Washington, D.C. office as a partner in the government enforcement practice.
