serves as a distributor for the funds. U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC
serves as a transfer agent for the funds. U.S. Bank N.A.
serves as a custodian for the funds. Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson, P.A.
serves as legal counsel to the funds. Cohen & Co.
serves as auditor to the funds.
As of June 30, 2016, JSP manages approximately $23.1 billion in discretionary assets.
