Subadvisors

On April 28, Morgan Creek Capital Management, LLC will no longer serve as subadvisor to the Hatteras Core Alternatives Institutional Fund, L.P. and the Hatteras Core Alternatives TEI Institutional Fund, L.P..

Rebranding

On May 1, Ohio National Investments, Inc's fund, the International Small-Mid Company Portfolio, will undergo a name change and become the ON Foreign Portfolio. Additionally, the rebranded fund will update its principal investment strategies and non-fundamental investment restrictions.

New and Upcoming Funds

AMG is launching the AMG GW&K Municipal Bond Fund, the AMG GW&K Small Cap Core Fund, the AMG GW&K Municipal Enhanced Yield Fund and the AMG GW&K Small/Mid Cap Fund.

Portfolio Managers

Matthew McGinnis is now a co-PM of the Short Duration Bond Portfolio, a member of the Neuberger Berman Advisers Management Trust. Marc Regenbaum is now a co-PM of the Neuberger Berman Guardian Fund.

William Oates, Jr. no longer serves as a PM of the Northeast Investors Growth Fund.

As of March 1, Richard Hsu and Todd Brighton are co-PMs of the Franklin DynaTech Fund, the Franklin Growth Fund, the Franklin Income Fund, the Franklin U.S. Government Securities Fund and the Franklin Utilities Fund.

On June 30, Ann Thivierge will step down as a co-PM of the Active International Allocation Portfolio, a member of the Morgan Stanley Institutional Fund, Inc.

Share Classes

Class S shares of the AMG Managers Special Equity Fund, the AMG Managers Loomis Sayles Bond Fund and the AMG Managers Global Income Opportunity Fund are renamed Class N shares. Similarly, Class S shares of the AMG Managers Brandywine Fund and the AMG Managers Brandywine Blue Fund are renamed Class I shares.

On April 1, Class B shares of the Putnam High Yield Trust and the Putnam Money Market Fund will be closed to new and existing investors.
