On December 12, 2011, Goldman Sachs [profile] revealed plans to buy the Rising Dividend Growth Fund while keeping Dividend Growth Advisors on as the sub-advisor. The deal is expected to close in Q1 2012, pending shareholder approval in January 2012.
Rising Dividend Growth is DGA's only mutual fund. The rest of its business is in separate accounts.
