Background:

Integrity's first mutual fund, a single-state municipal bond fund for North Dakota, launched in 1989, and the firm continued to specialize in single-state muni bond funds in its early years.
In 2009, Integrity refocused on its broker-dealer business while spinning off its mutual fund business to a new company, Corridor Investors, owned by employees of Integrity and of another fund firm, Viking Fund Management. Corridor also bought Viking and merged the Integrity mutual fund business into Viking.
