On June 29, The Griffin Institutional Access Real Estate Fund had its third year anniversary celebrating three years of positive performance. From the time of inception to May 31, 2017, the fund generated a cumulative return of 23.07 percent and an annualized return of 7.38 percent on average. It now has $1.7 billion in AUM.

Fee Reduction: Guggenheim S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF

On June 30, Guggenheim halved the management fees of their $13 billion ETF from 40 bps to 20 bps.
