Fees

As of December 12, 2016, the IT Services Portfolio, the Software and IT Services Portfolio and the Technology Portfolio, members of the Fidelity Select Portfolios, have removed their redemption fees.

As of January 1, the AMG Pantheon Master Fund has updated its investment management fee.

As of January 5, the Wilmington Multi-Manager International Fund has updated its annual fund operating expenses.

The Blackstone Real Estate Income Fund II and the Blackstone Real Estate Income Fund are extending their partial management fee waiver until December 31.

Share Classes

As of January 4, investor class shares of the AC ONE China Fund are no longer offered. After January 31, the former investor class share will be converted to institutional shares.

Rebranding

On July 7, the Vanguard Target Retirement 2010 Fund will reorganize into the Vanguard Target Retirement Income Fund.

New and Upcoming Funds

Westwood Management Corp is launching the Westwood Low Volatility Equity Fund.

Polen Capital Management, LLC is launching the Polen International Growth Fund.

Anchor Capital Management Group, Inc is launching the Anchor Tactical Credit Strategies Fund.

SunAmerica Asset Management, LLC is launching the AIG ESG Dividend Fund.

Subadvisors

As of December 30, 2016, Loomis, Sayles & Co., L.P. no longer serves as subadvisor to the GuideMark Opportunistic Fixed Income Fund. Likewise, River Road Asset Management no longer serves as a subadvisor to the GuideMark Opportunistic Equity Fund.

Exchange Listings

As of January 6, the Deutsche X-trackers Dow Jones Hedged International Real Estate ETF, the Deutsche X-trackers MSCI Southern Europe Hedged Equity ETF, the Deutsche X-trackers MSCI Spain Hedged Equity ETF, the Deutsche X-trackers MSCI Italy Hedged Equity ETF, the Deutsche X-trackers MSCI EAFE Small Cap Hedged Equity ETF, the Deutsche X-trackers Japan JPX-Nikkei 400 Hedged Equity ETF, the Deutsche X-trackers MSCI Emerging Markets High Dividend Yield Hedged Equity ETF and the Deutsche X-trackers MSCI Eurozone High Dividend Yield Hedged Equity ETF are no longer listed on the NYSE, and instead, are available on the Bats Marketplace.

Portfolio Managers

Nicholas Pope and Stavros Koutsantonis no longer serve as PMs for the Brookfield Global Listed Real Estate Fund, the Brookfield Global Listed Infrastructure Fund, the Brookfield Real Assets Securities Fund and the Brookfield U.S. Listed Real Estate Fund.

Arno Puskar is now a PM of the Deutsche Core Equity VIP and the Deutsche Core Equity Fund.

Joseph Reiland is now a PM of the Adaptive Equity Fund and the Adaptive All Cap Fund, members of the American Century Mutual Funds.

Michael Manelli is now a PM of the Harris Oakmark International Portfolio.

As of January 1, Lawrence Whitlock has retired from Lowe, Brockenbrough & Company, Inc, and subsequently, he will no longer serve as a PM to the Jamestown Equity Fund or the Jamestown Tax Exempt Virginia Fund, two funds that his former firm is the investment advisor to. Richard Skeppstrom is replacing Whitlock as a PM to the fund.

As of January 3, Richard Giesen no longer serves as a PM to the Emerald Small Cap Value Fund.

On March 31, Chad Nelson will no longer serve as a PM to the Thomson Hortsmann & Bryant Microcap Fund.
