New and Upcoming Funds

Hartford Funds Management Company, LLC is launching the Hartford Corporate Bond ETF and the Hartford Quality Bond ETF.

Rebranding

On March 24, one of CWM Advisors, LLC's funds, the Inspire Global Hope Large Cap ETF, will undergo a name change and become the Inspire Global Hope ETF. On May 15, the rebranded fund will update its investment strategy.

Fund Mergers and Acquisitions

On July 31, the AMG Managers Cadence Capital Appreciation Fund will merge with and into the AMG Renaissance Large Cap Growth Fund. On June 1, the AMG Managers Cadence Emerging Companies Fund will update its management fee and emerging expense limitation amount.

Fund Liquidations

As of March 1, Principal Funds' Global Opportunities Equity Hedged Fund is closed to new investors. On April 28, the fund will be liquidated.

As of March 15, the Virtus Emerging Markets Equity Income Fund and the Virtus Essential Resources Fund terminated and liquidated.

On March 30, Lyons Wealth Management, LLC's fund, the Lyons Small Cap Fund, will close.

On April 17, the CMG Long/Short Fund will terminate and liquidate.

On April 21, the HSBC World Selection Funds, which include the Aggressive Strategy Fund, the Balanced Strategy Fund, the Conservative Strategy Fund, the Income Strategy Fund and the Moderate Strategy Fund will terminate and liquidate.

Class Shares

On April 1, the Class B shares of the Putnam Global Utilities Fund and the Putnam Global Natural Resources Fund and the Putnam Capital Spectrum Fund and the Putnam International Equity Fund and the Putnam Global Health Care Fund will be closed. T shares of funds are also not available for purchase.

Fees

The First Trust RiverFront Dynamic Europe ETF has updated its annual fund operating expenses.

The BlackRock Multifactor USA Index Fund has reduced its management fee. Additionally, the BlackRock Multifactor USA Index Fund and the BlackRock Multifactor International Index Fund will cap net expenses of the funds' institutional and Class K shares.

Portfolio Managers

Ian Clark is now a co-PM of the Dreyfus Global Equity Income Fund.

Abby Johnson Fidelity Investments Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

Elizah McLaughlin is now a co-PM of the Fidelity Conservative Income Municipal Bond Fund.

Management

As of March 18, Lauren Grebe serves as chief compliance officer for the FMI Funds.

Subadvisors

Granahan Investment Management and Kalmar Investment Advisers no longer serve as subadvisors to the Vanguard Explorer Fund. ClearBridge Investments is now a subadvisor to the fund.
