Filings for Fundsters - October 7, 2016

Rebranding


On December 16, the Government Money Market Fund, a member of the Weitz Funds, will be renamed the Ultra Short Government Fund. Coinciding with the fund's name change, it will also amend its investment policy and principal investment strategies. Another member of the Weitz Funds, the Short-Intermediate Income Fund, will also be renamed the Short Duration Income Fund. Along with this fund's name change, it will change its principal investment strategies, as well as its benchmark. It will adopt the Barclays 1-3 Year U.S. Government/Credit Index, in place of their current index, the Barclays Intermediate U.S. Government/Credit Index.

On December 6, the Global X FTSE Portugal 20 ETF will be renamed the Global X MSCI Portugal ETF. The rebranded fund will no longer track the FTSE Portugal 20 Index. Instead, it will track the MSCI All Portugal Plus 25/50 Index.

On December 21, fund shareholders of the Motley Fool Independence Fund, the Motley Fool Great America Fund, and the Motley Fool Epic Voyage Fund are being asked to vote on the reorganization of the funds into RBB Fund, Inc.

Subadvisors


As of August 11, AQR Capital Management no longer serves as a subadvisor to the Aspiriant Risk-Managed Global Equity Fund. As of October 1, Equity Investment Corporation no longer serves as a subadvisor to the fund and James Barksdale, W. Andrew Bruner and R. Terrance Irrgang no longer serve as co-PMs to the fund.

As of October 5, Ashmore Equities Investment Management LLC will no longer serve as a subadvisor to the Ashmore Emerging Markets Equity Opportunities Fund. Ashmore Investment Advisors Limited will take on the subadvisor role for the fund, and Fernando Assad and Jan Dehn will join the new subadvisor's investment committee.

Fund Mergers & Liquidations


On December 16, the Victory CEMP US Small Cap Volatility Wtd Index Fund and the Victory CEMP US EQ Income Enhanced Volatility Wtd Index Fund and the Victory CEMP US 500 Volatility Wtd Index Fund and the Victory CEMP International Enhanced Volatility Wtd Index Fund will terminate and liquidate.

On November 4, the BearlyBullish Fund will terminate and liquidate.

On October 7, the Centre Global ex-U.S. Select Equity Fund will terminate and liquidate.

Portfolio Managers


Daniel Schiff is now a PM for the Putnam Global Industrials Fund.

As of September 19, Stephanie Nomura is a PM of the Pacific Capital Tax-Free Securities Fund and the Pacific Capital Tax-Free Short Intermediate Securities Fund. Yvonne Lim Warren is no longer a PM of the funds.

Neil McCarthy and Joseph Higgins no longer serve as co-PMs or vice presidents of the Oppenheimer Rising Dividends Fund. Manind (“Mani”) Govil is now a PM of the fund.

As of October 5, Anthony Robertson will no longer serve as a PM for the RBC BlueBay Diversified Credit Fund. Justin Jewell and Thomas Kreuzer are the sole PMs of the fund.

As of October 1, Nathan Brown is a co-PM of the Mid Cap Growth Fund, a member of the Penn Series Funds.

Michael Kotlarz will no longer serve as a vice president or PM to the Oppenheimer Equity Fund or the Oppenheimer Capital Appreciation Fund. Laton Spahr will be a vice president and PM of the Oppenheimer Equity Fund. Paul Larson will be a PM to both funds.

Robert Taylor will no longer serve as a PM for MassMutual's Select Overseas Fund. Additionally, Harris Associates L.P. will no longer serve as a subadvisor to the fund. Taylor will also relinquish his role as PM of the MML International Equity Fund, and Harris Associates L.P. will no longer serve as a subadvisor to that fund either.
