Fund Liquidations

On May 5, the BlackRock Advantage International Fund will be terminated and liquidate.

On May 10, the Virtus Strategic Income Fund and the Virtus Emerging Markets Debt Fund terminated and liquidated.

Subadvisors

On May 19, Putnam Investment Management, LLC will no longer serve as a subadvisor to the Great-West Multi-Manager Small Cap Growth Fund.

Portfolio Managers

On June 30, William Canida will retire as co-PM of the BMO TCH Emerging Markets Bond Fund, the BMO TCH Intermediate Income Fund, the BMO TCH Corporate Income Fund and the BMO TCH Core Plus Bond Fund.

Mathew Kiselak is now a PM of the Vanguard Massachusetts Tax-Exempt Fund and the Vanguard Ohio Long-Term Tax-Exempt Fund. Marlin Brown no longer serves as a PM for the Vanguard Ohio Long-Term Tax-Exempt Fund.

Garrett Strum is now a PM of the Janus Government Money Market Fund and the Janus Money Market Fund.

Trustees

As of May 10, Thomas Gretter no longer serves as a trustee for the Oak Associates Funds, which includes the White Oak Select Growth Fund, the Pin Oak Equity Fund, the Rock Oak Core Growth Fund, the River Oak Discovery Fund, the Red Oak Technology Select Fund, the Black Oak Emerging Technology Fund and the Live Oak Health Sciences Fund. J. John Canon is now the lead independent trustee.

Share Classes

On June 28, Class A Shares of the 1789 Growth and Income Fund, a member of the Pinnacle Capital Management Funds Trust, will be converted into Class P Shares.

The Deutsche Global Macro Fund no longer offers Class T shares of the fund.

The Transamerica Large Value Opportunities Fund is now offering Class R, R4 and I3 shares of the fund.

The Oakhurst Strategic Defined Risk Fund, a fund that has OBP Capital, LLC as its investment advisor, only offers institutional class shares of the fund. The fund is not offering advisor class shares at this time.
