M&A


On June 23, IronBridge Capital Management LP, an investment subadviser to the HC Capital Trust Mid Capitalization Equity Portfolios, will combine with RMB Capital Management, LLC.

People Moves


On June 14, Sarah J. Wade became a portfolio manager for Nuveen Real Estate Securities Fund.

On August 1, Dennis Stattman, portfolio manager of the BlackRock Global Allocation V.I. Fund, will retire.

Fund Updates


On June 5, the Janus Flexible Bond Portfolio became the Janus Henderson Flexible Bond Portfolio.

On June 5, the following Janus Funds changed their names.

Reorganization


On June 12, J.P. Morgan Chase Bank became the custodian for the Master LLCs.

On June 13, The Board of Trustees of the Target International Equity Portfolio and the Board of Directors of the Prudential Jennison International Opportunities Fund approved the reorganization of Target Fund into International Opportunities Fund. If approved by shareholders, the reorganization will occur the third quarter of 2017.

On June 16, Corsair Capital Management, L.P. no longer serves as the investment subadviser for the Goldman Sachs Multi-Manager Alternatives Fund.

Terminated Funds


On June 30, the TCW International Growth Fund will liquidate. The fund stopped selling shares to new and existing investors on June 14.

On June 30, the Dhandho Junoon ETF will liquidate. It will be closed to creation orders on June 19.

On July 24, the Driehaus Select Credit Fund will liquidate. The fund will be closed to purchase orders on June 16.

On July 26, the USAA California Money Market Fund, the USAA New York Money Market Fund, and the USAA Virginia Money Market Fund will liquidate. On June 14, it closed to new investors.

On September 8, the iShares iBonds Term Municipal Bond ETF will liquidate. It will stop trading in the Fund on NYSE Arca, Inc. on September 1.

Share Classes


On June 13, certain class 2 funds from the American Funds Insurance Series and the Goldman Sachs Variable Insurance Trust were made available for investment under the variable universal life policy.

On June 13, the BNY Mellon Absolute Insight Funds' Class T shares are no longer offered.

On June 30, the Morgan Stanley Multi Cap Growth Trust will rise the minimum initial investment fee for its' class IS shares.

Fees


On July 1, PGIM Investments will reduce its management fees as well as amend its' subadvisory fee rate applicable to QMA for the following funds:
  • Prudential Conservative Allocation Fund
  • Prudential Growth Allocation Fund
  • Prudential Moderate Allocation Fund
