On April 10, the Class T Shares of the Virtus Multi-Sector Short Term Bond Fund will be renamed Class C1 Shares. On May 8, several funds will undergo name changes. The Virtus Credit Opportunities Fund will become the Virtus Newfleet Credit Opportunities Fund. The Virtus Multi-Strategy Target Return Fund will become the Virtus Aviva Multi-Strategy Target Return Fund. The Virtus Select MLP and Energy Fund will become the Virtus Duff & Phelps Select MLP and Energy Fund. The Virtus Strategic Income Fund will become the Virtus Newfleet Strategic Income Fund. The Virtus Enhanced Core Equity Fund will become the Virtus Rampart Enhanced Core Equity Fund. The Virtus Global Quality Dividend Fund will become the Virtus KAR Global Quality Dividend Fund. The Virtus Mid-Cap Core Fund will become the Virtus KAR Mid-Cap Core Fund. The Virtus Mid-Cap Growth Fund will become the Virtus KAR Mid-Cap Growth Fund. The Virtus Quality Small-Cap Fund will become the Virtus KAR Small-Cap Value Fund. The Virtus Small-Cap Core Fund will become the Virtus KAR Small-Cap Core Fund. The Virtus Small-Cap Sustainable Growth Fund will become the Virtus KAR Small-Cap Growth Fund. The Virtus Strategic Growth Fund will become the Virtus KAR Capital Growth Fund. The Virtus Bond Fund will become the Virtus Newfleet Bond Fund. The Virtus CA Tax-Exempt Bond Fund will become the Virtus Newfleet CA Tax-Exempt Bond Fund. The Virtus Emerging Markets Debt Fund will become the Virtus Newfleet Emerging Markets Debt Fund. The Virtus Emerging Markets Opportunities Fund will become the Virtus Vontobel Emerging Markets Opportunities Fund. The Virtus Emerging Markets Small-Cap Fund will become the Virtus KAR Emerging Markets Small-Cap Fund. The Virtus Foreign Opportunities Fund will become the Virtus Vontobel Foreign Opportunities Fund. The Virtus Global Infrastructure Fund will become the Virtus Duff & Phelps Global Infrastructure Fund. The Virtus Global Opportunities Fund will become the Virtus Vontobel Global Opportunities Fund. The Virtus Global Real Estate Securities Fund will become the Virtus Duff & Phelps Global Real Estate Securities Fund. The Virtus Greater European Opportunities Fund will become the Virtus Vontobel Greater European Opportunities Fund. The Virtus High Yield Fund will become the Virtus Newfleet High Yield Fund.

Fund Liquidations


On April 7, the AdvisorShares Athena High Dividend ETF will be terminated and liquidated.

On April 28, the Geneva Advisors Emerging Markets Fund, a fund advised by Geneva Advisors, LLC, will be terminated and liquidated.

On May 25, the John Hancock Global Real Estate Fund will be terminated and liquidated.

On June 19, the Prudential QMA Large-Cap Core Equity Fund will shift its principle investment strategies.

As of March 22, Evermore Global Advisors, LLC is a subadvisor of the Litman Gregory Masters International Fund. Additionally, David Marcus is now a PM of the fund.

Ping Wang is now a PM of the MainStay International Opportunities Fund.

Colin Chickles no longer serves as a PM of the Fidelity Emerging Asia Fund. John Dance is now a PM of the fund.
