On May 1, the Gotham Total Return Fund will reduce its investment advisory fee.

Rebranding

On June 1, the Fidelity Global Bond Fund will undergo a name change and become the Fidelity Global Credit Fund. Michael Foggin and Curt Hollingsworth are PMs of the fund, alongside Matthew Bartlett, who is replacing Jeffrey Moore, and Andrew Lewis, who is replacing Constantin Petrov.

On June 20, the Goldman Sachs Growth and Income Fund will undergo a name change and become the Goldman Sachs Equity Income Fund. The rebranded fund will also update its investment strategies and objective.

Management

On April 30, Jodi Hedberg will become the chief compliance officer and anti-money laundering officer for the Rainer Investment Management Mutual Funds, Inc, which includes the Rainier Large Cap Equity Fund, the Rainier Mid Cap Equity Fund, the Rainier Small/Mid Cap Equity Fund, the MN Rainier Intermediate Fixed Income Fund and the Rainier International Discovery Fund.

Portfolio Managers

As of April 21, Adam Liebhoff no longer serves as a PM of the Loomis Sayles Dividend Income Fund and the Loomis Sayles Value Fund.

On April 30, Christopher Kelleher will retire from Newfleet Asset Management, LLC and will no longer serve as a PM for the Virtus Newfleet Multi-Sector Unconstrained Bond ETF.

On May 1, Ajay Sadarangani will no longer serve as a PM for the Manning & Napier Overseas Series.

Jorge Ordonez no longer serves as a PM of the Invesco Emerging Markets Flexible Bond Fund.

Jane Algieri is now a co-PM of the AIG U.S. Government Securities Fund, a fund managed by SunAmerica Asset Management, LLC.

Share Classes

The Two Oaks Diversified Growth & Income Fund is closing its Class C shares. All outstanding Class C shares will be converted to Class A shares.

Subadvisors

David Cassesse and Robert Shearer no longer serve as members of the BlackRock Investment Management, LLC team that subadvises the Dividend Value Fund, part of the VALIC Company I. David Zhao and Franco Tapia are now co-PMs of the fund.

Fund Liquidations

As of April 13, the Green Square Equity Income Fund, a fund managed by Green Square Asset Management, LLC, has terminated and liquidated.

On May 26, Pension Partners, LLC's ATAC Beta Rotation Fund, a member of the Managed Portfolio Series, will terminate and liquidate.
