Rebranding

As of November 17, the DB Optimum Yield Diversified Commodity Strategy Portfolio underwent a name change and is now referred to as the PowerShares Optimum Yield Diversified Commodity Strategy No K-1 Portfolio.

On January 17, the Federated MDT Stock Trust will undergo a name change and become the Federated MDT Large Cap Value Fund.

Subadvisors

On February 1, 2017, Phocas Financial Corporation will no longer serve as subadvisor to the Wells Fargo Large Company Value Fund. Analytic Investors, LLC will replace Phocas Financial Corporation and Dennis Bein, Harindra de Silva and Ryan Brown will be added as PMs of the fund. The fund will also update its principal investment strategies and annual fund operating expenses on the aforementioned date.

Investment Strategy

On December 14, the SPDR Russell 1000 Low Volatility ETF will become the SPDR SSGA US Large Cap Low Volatility Index ETF. The fund will also shift its strategy and begin to track the SSGA US Large Cap Low Volatility Index. Likewise, the SPDR Russell 2000 Low Volatility ETF will become the SPDR SSGA US Small Cap Low Volatility Index ETF and will begin to track the SSGA US Small Cap Low Volatility Index.

Teresa Zheng is now a PM of the Deutsche X-trackers Harvest CSI 300 China A-Shares ETF and the Deutsche X-trackers Harvest CSI 500 China A-Shares Small Cap ETF.

Aaron Cooper Putnam Investments Director of Research and Portfolio Manager

Aaron Cooper, Jacquelyne Cavanaugh, Neil Desai, Kathryn Lakin and Walter Scully are now co-PMs of the Putnam Research Fund. Scully also is a co-PM of the Putnam Fund for Growth and Income, along with Darren Jaroch.

On January 1, 2017, Michael Carmen will no longer serve as PM to the John Hancock Seaport Fund.

Legg Mason is launching the Legg Mason Emerging Markets Low Volatility High Dividend ETF.

Altegris Advisors, L.L.C. is launching the Altegris Futures Evolution Strategy Fund, the Altegris Macro Strategy Fund and the Altegris Managed Futures Strategy Fund.

Shelton Capital Management is launching the Shelton BDC Income Fund and the Shelton Real Estate Income Fund.

Cozad Asset Management, Inc is launching the Cozad Small Cap Value Fund.

Gabelli Funds, LLC is launching the Gabelli ESG NextShares, the Gabelli All Cap NextShares, the Gabelli Equity Income NextShares, the Gabelli Small and Mid Cap Value NextShares and the Gabelli Media Mogul NextShares.

Fund Mergers and Liquidations

As of November 16, the Credit Suisse Global Sustainable Dividend Equity Fund will be terminated and liquidated.

On December 23, the Oppenheimer Navellier Overall A-100 Revenue ETF will terminate and liquidate.

On December 29, the Altegris Equity Long Short Fund and the Altegris Fixed Income Long Short Fund will terminate and liquidate.

On December 30, the Stadion Defensive International Fund will terminate and liquidate.

On January 24, 2017, the Nuveen Tactical Market Opportunities Fund and the Nuveen Symphony Dynamic Credit Fund and the Nuveen Global Total Return Bond Fund will terminate and liquidate.
